Our Vision

A world where underserved and vulnerable young males (ages 14-25) facing mental health challenges find acceptance, self-discovery, and emotional well-being.

About Us

Finding Answers Inside the Home, Inc. is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to empowering underserved and vulnerable young males, ages 14-25, especially those facing financial hardship or limited access to mental health services.

We understand that mental and behavioral health challenges are often intensified by systemic inequities, cultural stigma, and a lack of support. That’s why our mission is to bridge the gap—offering these young men the tools, resources, and culturally responsive care they need to build resilience and achieve emotional well-being.

Our approach combines mentorship, advocacy, and access to therapeutic services, meeting young men where they are. Whether it’s navigating mental health struggles, pursuing academic and life goals, or fostering a sense of belonging, we are committed to creating pathways to healing and success.

By investing in the whole person—mind, body, and spirit—we aim to rewrite the narrative for young men of color and ensure that no one has to walk this journey alone.

Background

Finding Answers Inside the Home, Inc. was founded in memory of my beloved son, Quintas D. Harris, who was tragically lost in 2017 during a police incident amid a psychotic episode. His story fuels our commitment to ensuring that no young man faces mental health challenges alone.

Research shows that mental illness often emerges in males between the ages of 18-25. That’s why we take a proactive approach, identifying and supporting young men as early as age 14, creating a safe and inclusive environment where they can thrive.

Our mission is clear: to empower young men through accessible, affordable, and culturally responsive care—bridging disparities and preventing future crises. We are dedicated to addressing the unique challenges faced by underserved and vulnerable males, with a particular focus on boys and men of color.

Join us in breaking the stigma, uplifting young men, and fostering lasting well-being. Together, we can make a difference.

There is STRENGTH in NUMBERS!
